About Us

WiredThinking was started by a pair of teenagers in Central Florida one Saturday afternoon. They decided it was time to take positive action against the non-youth-friendly church environments that seemed to be popping up all over their area.

WiredThinking serves several purposes:
* It allows youth to connect with other youth in their own communities to strengthen their relationship with God and with mankind
* It also allows young people around the globe to get connected with each other and with God by utilizing popular web sites and forums dedicated to talking about real life and religious issues that pertain to today’s youth

WiredThinking is:
* A program geared for high-school aged young people who have a genuine interest in getting connected with each other and God
* Designed to accommodate the needs of today’s youth, so that we don’t lose sight of what’s really important in life
* A creative and unique way to experience God and fellowship with others who share your views and interests
We know you have some questions, we hope we can answer a few of them:
Why high-school aged young people?
* Well, high-schoolers face many challenges in life. These challenges greatly outnumber the things that can help us focus on God. We, as high-schoolers, need a time where we can be influenced by others who will help us have a better view of God, and a better walk with Him

What does the term “WiredThinking” imply?
* In this age of technology and complex questions, it is only fitting that we have a name that matches. We are “wired” for God, and have questions that will make us think and learn more about Him.
In our worship environment, we do not look at faults, problems, issues, or anything else that would distract us from being “WiredThinkers”. Here, each young person will be accepted for who they are, no matter what.
When we meet, we will find a spiritual environment, where we build our trust in each other and in God, along with finding answers to our questions and problems from “The Source”, the word of God.
